Yangzhou Taiyo Nippon Sanso (YTNS) speaks on controlling technical risks with bluebee®
In these videos, Zhang Hong, the former Operation Director of Yangzhou Taiyo Nippon Sanso Semiconductor Gases (YTNS), shared their experience on risk management in the new-built plant. As most equipment was custom-built for the plant, failures and downtime were common occurrences during the start-up phase. Mr Zhang described the one-year ramp-up phase during which, thanks to data collected in the system, preventive maintenance plans were defined and put in place.
